This Belgian Triple is true to form and shines with a golden hue. The yeast contributes notes of clove, and the malts are bold and sweet.  The addition of John’s Island Honey ads floral elements, and contributes to the dry, champagne-like finish and high alcohol.  Brewed by women for women, this beer comes from our BREWSTER program to benefit the Center for Women.  Winner Silver Medal Commonwealth Cup 2017 & Gold 2017 US Open.
