We brewed this specialty ale with our friends at Revelry Brewing Company to highlight the diversity in flavor and aroma provided by different fermentation conditions. Brewing near identical recipes, our version underwent a traditionalfermentation using a Belgian Saison yeast. We added Muscadine grapes from the Dry Branch Farm to impart additional fermentables, flavor, and aroma. With spicy and herbal yeast esters, this straw hued ale is only mildly sweet, with a crisp, champagne like finish. Enjoy this beer along side its oak–aged, brett-fermented twin to get the full experience.
